You do not require any prior knowledge of this work or other therapeutic modalities in order to begin this course.

This course is an introduction to Auric Field Regeneration (AFR) and teaches the fundamental skills and knowledge that the rest of the work is built on. It includes amongst other things: ways of exchanging energy, developing your extrasensory perception (ESP), and how to become grounded. It will give you a clear and solid understanding of how to channel and work with energy, and will help you to open and unblock your own energy channels bringing you increased health, vitality and awareness. You will also learn 2 stand-alone healing techniques which you will have plenty of opportunity to practice within the group and can be put into practice immediately on completion of the course.

This course is suitable for everyone, whether you have any previous experience of energy work or not. It’s designed to create a level playing field to make sure  everyone is starting out on the same page and speaking the same language. It’s also great for healers qualified in other modalities or those from any therapeutic background who want to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the fundamental ways of working with energy.

It consists of both theory and practical sessions. We work with ways of exploring and opening up your ESP and over the course of the 5 days your ESP naturally starts developing, enabling you to begin sensing your own and others’ energy fields.

You will learn how to consciously channel energy to bring about healing for others and how to balance, ground and recalibrate the Human Energy Field.

As well as learning practical, hands-on healing, there is a strong element of self-development, which for some is the main incentive for doing the course, rather than the desire to be a practising healer.

This course is great fun, hugely rewarding, and a fantastic way to take your first steps into the world of energy and healing. 

On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate which qualifies you to practise on others using the skills you have learned. You are also eligible to take out practice insurance.

You will need to have completed this module before you can progress onto the Professional healing course.
