SPRING AWAKENING - details

22nd -25th March pembrokeshire, wales,

Welcome to our retreat!

We have put some information together for you. Please read it right to the end as everything you need to know should be contained here.

You will be hosted in a beautiful venue in west Wales, close to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with accessible grounds for easy walks, communal spaces for chilling and sea views to enjoy.

The retreat will begin at 5pm on Friday 22nd and finish at approximately 4pm on Monday 25th. It will be composed of different activities as well as time for walks, rest, and relaxation.

We will have sharing circles and guided meditations. We will learn about essential oils, their properties and how to use them. We will make scented potions based on our individual needs, to bring support during the transition from Winter to Spring. We will experience a sweat lodge or Temazcal; an ancient practice that brings us back to the mother’s womb, connecting us to the Earth and to ourselves.

We will continue to play with your senses through a Cacao experience, where we will use pure chocolate to enhance your senses through tasting and discovering how to make a simple elixir of support.

We will embark on a beautiful sound journey, where earth, heart and energies of the elements are tuned in sacred alignment.

This retreat will open you, your heart, and your senses. It will empower you with tools to support you in your daily life. It will give you a sense of connection in shared womanhood. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how to nurture yourself physically and emotionally as we transition through the months ahead.

Some practical information for you:

You’ll be sharing rooms or a dorm. All have access to bathrooms, some are ensuite. Rooms are not allocated; they are chosen on a first come-first served basis as you arrive.

The house has living-room space where you can relax and even build a fire if you feel inspired.

The roundhouse where we will practice is a short walk from the house, in the same grounds.

You’ll have hot drinks, fruit, and water available at all times. Food will be prepared for you – breakfast, lunch, dinner. All participants will be served and enjoy the same food. The menu is vegetarian: If you have food allergies, please get in touch.
